No hidden build fee. No mandatory paid service.
The programme combines a hosting referral model with the possibility of future, optional work.
An accepted client may use an approved partner link. The host can pay CraftDigitally a commission.
A premium theme may be suggested when useful. It is never required for acceptance.
Some clients later choose SEO, content, maintenance or development. No paid service is mandatory.
A referral records that CraftDigitally introduced an accepted client to a hosting provider.
The provider may pay CraftDigitally a commission after the client opens an account through the approved link. The client buys hosting directly from the provider and remains responsible for that account.
The referral does not transfer ownership of the domain or website. CraftDigitally should be added through the provider's user or collaborator feature where one is available.
The current partner, service period, renewal terms and refund policy must be shown before purchase. An accepted client can review those terms before deciding whether to continue.
The website build is free. Domain and hosting services are separate purchases made in the client account.
The client pays the provider's normal published rate. CraftDigitally does not add a hidden build charge to that purchase.
Cancellation and refund terms come from the chosen provider. Those terms should be reviewed before completing the purchase.
Approved partner names and links will be shown before an accepted client is asked to open an account.
The programme is designed around clear ownership and informed choices.
Accepted programme projects do not receive a surprise website build invoice.
The client owns the domain, hosting and WordPress accounts.
Ongoing SEO, content and maintenance remain optional.
A small CraftDigitally credit is optional and removable.
We provide search foundations and evidence without promising a ranking position.
Reviews, results and statistics appear only when verified and permitted.
The build fee is removed for an accepted project. The website still needs real accounts, accurate information and active owner participation.
The client pays the provider for the domain and hosting. They supply or approve the business information and every asset used on the website. They also review the visible pages before publication.
CraftDigitally invests the agreed build time, maps industry keyword topics, configures the website and completes the 40 technical checks. The report makes that work visible at handover.
Costs outside the programme remain separate. Examples include premium provider features, paid imagery, custom functions and ongoing services. Nothing outside the accepted scope should be purchased without a clear explanation.
A new business should not have to begin with a website that search engines cannot understand.
The programme helps small organisations launch with a clear structure, relevant industry keywords and evidence that the technical basics were checked.
It also introduces businesses to the CraftDigitally proof-driven working style. Any later engagement is a separate choice.
Delivered websites can become portfolio examples or case studies only with written client permission. Reviews are requested honestly and never exchanged for acceptance or extra work.
An optional CraftDigitally footer credit may help people discover the programme. The client can remove it, and the programme does not depend on keeping it.
See exactly what is included or review the programme terms.
A free website does not commit the owner to a paid CraftDigitally service after launch.
The editing guide, recorded walkthrough and client-owned accounts allow the business to manage the delivered site or appoint another provider.
Local SEO, content, maintenance, AI search optimisation and custom development are discussed only when the business wants them.
Tell us about your business. We review every application for fit, scope and current capacity.
